Q: What is vooPlayer V4.0?

A: Well... A lot, actually…In summary, we call it the ultimate video

Q: If I already have vooPlayer, do we get a free upgrade to 4.0?

If so, will I get the Enterprise plan?

A: The Enterprise plan is our newest PREMIUM plan that has unrestricted

access to ALL the features. It is available only with a recurring payment.

You can try it out free for 14 days during this time-limited early bird

promo we are currently running.

If you purchased vooPlayer in the past at a one time payment but you canceled

the Enterprise, then your account in V4 is going to be downgraded to a PRO license.

Q: When do existing users get the free upgrade if I don't want to try out
the Enterprise plan?

A: You will receive an email from us in a few weeks with the instructions on how
to migrate to V4 as a PRO user. Friendly note: If at any point in the future you decide to upgrade to Enterprise, this special deal is

not going to be available again.

Q: Is it possible to add custom start/ends points for videos? For
example, show the video content only from XX:XX until XX:XX?

A: Yes, you don't need to use any complicated video editing tool. You
just specify the custom start/end point and you're all set.

Whether you have a Youtube video or self-hosted, this works like a charm.

Q: Are the Audience Builder and Video Funnel features available only to
Enterprise accounts?

A: Yes, these two modules are Enterprise-only features.

Q: When I bought vooPlayer v3 for a one time payment in the past you
said it has free upgrades, why do I have to pay for these features now?

A: With your upgrade, you are getting tons of new features for free
(way more than what you already have).

The Enterprise licence is a completely new plan that we are introducing and some of

the most valuable new features in 4.0 consume a lot of recurring resources like

bandwidth costs, storage costs, etc. It is only possible to deliver these sorts of

features to subscription-based customers.

Q: I'm already paying a recurring fee - Do I still need to upgrade to Enterprise?

A: If you are already paying a recurring fee, it means that you are eligible
for an Enterprise license. The next time you get charged, you will receive

an email from vooPlayer that welcomes you to the new Enterprise plan.

If you don't want to wait just send us an email and ww will take care of it.

Q: What's new in vooPlayer 4.0?

A: A lot, to be honest. Since we launched vooPlayer v3 (back in 2015), my

team and I have been working non-stop on adding new features.

The latest release is the biggest we have done so far, there's a TON of things we have added!

Just to give you an idea of some things we recently added:

  • We revamped the interface, making it even easier to use.
  • Faster, more powerful video speed and control 
  • Ability to send viewers to other relevant videos based on their answers 
  • Audience Builder with the ability to setup drip campaigns w/ 100% automation
  • Start recording at Full HD within the app at the touch of a button
  • Video floating so your video plays as your users scroll on your website
  • Video playlists, captions, video permissions
  • And a lot more (seriously - this email would get too long).

The key takeaway here?

We are constantly adding new features and possibilities into the vooPlayer
Enterprise, which will be added to your account as well :-)

Q: What is the precise difference between V4 PRO and V4 Enterprise?

A: Please check out this article here to see all the differences between these two licenses.

Q: Is there training included?

A: Yes, there is! Inside the dashboard, you'll find easy to follow
videos that will explain everything step-by-step (although you
probably won't need them much – it's that easy).

Q: Can I request a refund?

A: You will not get charged. You have 14 days to try out the Enterprise plan and
then decide. If you like it, great. You don't need to do anything else.

If you don't like it for any reason, then go to Billing inside of your Dashbaord

and click "Cancel" (sweet and simple!)

Again, please note we will NEVER ever again offer vooPlayer Enterprise
at this ridiculous low price of just $197/year.

Q: Will I keep the low price going forward?

A: Yes, once you're in you will never have to worry about paying the
higher price later on. You would keep the low price for as long as you
keep your account open.

Q: When does the special offer end?

A: Tomorrow night, Friday at 11:59 pm Eastern time, the special offer ends.
That means that all the bonuses will go away, and the price goes up (no exceptions).
